Grand Circle Travel, one of the largest educational travel companies in the world, asked Interval how it could expand market share in its Grand Circle Cruise Lines subsidiary Interval responded by envisioning a new messaging strategy using their proven direct mail marketing methods; semantic analysis, a complete visual overhaul and the launch of a quarterly human interest magazine- Anchor- that covered notable stories along GCCL's cruise routes were all employed in the extensive iteration process.
